Before we search listings, we want to know what you're actually looking for. The more precise this is, the fewer showings you waste time on.

  1. Target price range (min–max)?
  2. Which state and metro?
  3. Primary residence, second home, or investment?
  4. Ideal closing month?
  5. Minimum bedrooms, bathrooms?
  6. Must-have neighborhood features (schools, commute, walkability)?
  7. Single-family, condo, townhome, or open?
  8. Deal-breakers (HOA fees, flood zone, fixer-upper, etc.)?
  9. Pre-approved already, or need us to start that process?
  10. Preferred communication method + weekly cadence?
