$360 credit if you engage Alliance

Your $360 fee is fully credited toward any commission, administrative, or brokerage fee owed to Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc. at closing, when you engage Alliance as your real-estate brokerage in a purchase or sale within 12 months of the BPO delivery date. Credit applies once per property per client, is non-transferable, and is non-refundable in cash.

BPO vs. appraisal

A Broker Price Opinion is a licensed broker's professional opinion of market value — not a USPAP-compliant appraisal. Most lenders require a state-certified appraisal for loan underwriting; a BPO is the right tool for listing-price strategy, estate + divorce planning, tax-appeal support, and investor due-diligence. A BPO is prepared under the real-estate broker's license, not under appraiser licensure.
